SMS delivery takes some time depending of the network of you cell phone.
Too many requests in short period might result into delay as the messages are regarded as spam.
You must have cell phone which can receive international SMS.

The network between Japan and China is unstable so occasional errors can be occur.

It takes about 2-6 hours before the transaction is processed and the balance is added to your account.
