We don’t charge fixed fee’s per transaction. Similarly to regular currency exchange services, the amount you
receive is calculated based on current exchange rates. This information is available during your transaction.

Yes, Pocket Change is capable of counting coins from various currencies simultaneously, and in bulk.
Unacceptable or unrecognizable coins are counted as “unknown”. These can then be donated or returned back to the user.
Bills should be inserted one at a time.

You can insert up to 50 coins per transaction. To reduce the risk of a potential jam, please insert coins at a
moderate speed.

This will depend on which e-money or voucher that’s chosen. If you choose e-money from an IC card service,
please follow the instructions and touch the card to the device to complete your transaction.
In the event you choose a redemption that does not require an IC card,
the redemption code and instructions will be printed on your receipt. Find more details in voucher profiles.


 

Find the “Enter a promo code” button shown on the final confirmation screen.
